• Location data. With your permission, the app uses your device's location to show your position on the map and to help you measure and map nearby property. Location is used while you are using the app and is not tracked in the background.
• Content you create. Measurements, areas, lines, waypoints, and projects you save are stored on our servers so they can sync across your devices.
• Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe shares only the information needed to confirm your subscription status.
• Usage and diagnostics. We may collect basic diagnostic information (such as error reports) to keep the Service reliable.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on a small number of trusted providers to work: Google (sign-in and map services), Stripe (payment processing), and map data providers (map tiles and parcel boundary data). Each processes only the data needed to perform its function.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your saved content remains in your account until you delete it or ask us to delete your account. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below and we will process the request promptly.

Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored in secured databases. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the Service.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
